MLENA recruits, selects and manages the work visa application process for all academic teachers and administrators and about half of the ESL teachers hired annually by MLES to teach in MLES schools in China. MLENA acts on behalf of MLES in this process.
We have a team of Recruitment Representatives working with our Recruitment Manager and Recruitment Assistant to assure the success of this annual process. MLES hires approximately 150 new academic teachers and over 75 new ESL teachers each school year as our school system in China continues to grow. Teachers are hired in the spring and summer for semester one which starts mid-August and through the fall for semester two which starts mid-January.
