Positive Benchmarking of the Maple Leaf World Schools Curriculum by UK-ECCTIS!

As the only international curriculum with Chinese characteristics and Oriental culture in the world, Maple Leaf has built an information service system (i.e. "MLES-SIS") to serve the students of the Maple Leaf World School Program (MLWSP), in order to meet the demand for standardized information management of graduates, and at the same time to improve the information support services of the MLWSP. We have developed the system to be full-featured and easy-to-use, which ensures effective management of graduate information and provides support for MLWSP students.

MLWSP has been widely recognized by universities and colleges at home and abroad since its implementation in China at the commencement of the 2020/2021 school year. King’s College London, one of the Golden Triangle universities of the United Kingdom, a member of Russell Group University and ranked 40th globally by the Quacquarelli Symonds, marked on its official website that the admission standards for MLWSP are comparable with those for A-level and International Baccalaureate programs; and the benchmarking of MLWSP with A-Level were specified. This move once again confirms the status of MLWSP as one of the world’s mainstream courses, and its quality has been authoritatively recognized by the world’s top universities and colleges. In addition to the recognition by KCL, we also received confirmation letter from University of Technology Sydney which is ranked 90th globally by the QS. UTS stated in the confirmation letter that graduates of MLWSP are eligible to apply for UTS directly with MLWSP graduate certificate and school transcripts.

CSL course is one of the four pillar programs of Maple Leaf World School Program, offering courses of Chinese language and Chinese culture to international students. Maple Leaf Chinese series of textbooks have been self-developed and compiled by the Group which has obtained independent intellectual property in the People’s Republic of China. Maple Leaf CSL program for preschool to grade 12 students is divided into 9 levels with its standards. Chinese Testing International Company Limited is a professional education and examination institution directly under the Ministry of Education of the PRC which provides Chinese language examinations services to Chinese language learners across the globe. CTI has over ten years’ experience in the research and development of Chinese language examinations and have established various Chinese language examinations including but not limited to the HSK Chinese Proficiency Test and Youth Chinese Test. CTI has established over 1,208 Chinese exam sites across 155 countries and regions and have served for more than 30 million learners in the world. CTI has benchmarked Maple Leaf CSL course and certified Maple Leaf Chinese textbooks and recommended it to be used by Chinese learners in primary and secondary schools in all countries. Five HSK Examination centers have been set up in Maple Leaf campuses in the PRC.

Maple Leaf Achieves an Exceptionally Strong and High-Scoring Cognia Accreditation Review Report!

Cognia’s 2021-2022 Excellence in Education Award

On May the 27 th , Maple Leaf Educational Systems (MLES) successfully passed the five-year review by Cognia, the world's largest education certification and accreditation organization. According to the onsite evaluation feedback, The Index of Educational Quality (IEQ) of all MLES campuses obtained 355 - 375 points, much higher than the global average index of Cognia accredited schools which is 278.34 - 283.33 points. The Cognia Review Team affirmed and highly praised the Maple Leaf World School Program, the self-developed Maple Leaf English and Chinese courses, and the system’s advantages, leadership, and educational achievements. 

KOMBINAT has announced the winners of the 2022 International Literary Contest, My original story. This literary contest was established this year to support children and youth short story writing. The call for participation launched in March 2022 attracted 15 submissions. The jury based its analysis of the texts submitted on literary, linguistic, and originality criteria, but also on factors such as the correspondence of styles and content to the target readers and announces the winners.
