Maple Leaf Schools – TRU

Thompson Rivers University (TRU) has been providing educational excellence in Canada for over 45 years. TRU is an ideal university location, situated on a 250-acre campus, with leading edge learning spaces. Located in the heart of Kamloops, TRU is within walking distance to the city’s commercial and residential districts.

The university has over 14,000 students on campus with more than 3,000 international students from over 90 countries. TRU offers a diverse learning experience for all, making it a great campus for students to grow and develop their understanding of other cultures.

In partnership with the University, Maple Leaf Education North America has an agreement in place to operate a university-based Maple Leaf World School.  When opened, this secondary high school program will offer the British Columbia-based provincial high school diploma program to students from around the world. The welcoming campus of Thompson Rivers University will allow our students access to world-class educational facilities. Over the years, Maple Leaf and TRU have worked together to provide quality education experiences to the graduates of our Maple Leaf high schools. We look forward to seeing the development of the school and future joint initiatives between Maple Leaf and Thompson Rivers University in the coming years.
