Enriched Programs

In addition to the 16 weekend trips MLWS-TRU has, the TRU Adventure Studies program has developed a series of eight experiential education opportunities for our students. Throughout the school year, together with TRU Adventure Studies students and MLWS staff, MLWS students will have the chance to explore all that the Thompson-Nicola region has to offer. This partnership program provides MLWS students with a great window into one of TRU’s most successful undergraduate programs, and many opportunities to interact with local students.

For students that require a language proficiency test to secure a university offer, MLWS-TRU provides an opportunity to complete the IELTS test on the TRU campus, so that students do not lose valuable time travelling to take their language proficiency test.
